    CCPA / CPRA

California laws granting residents rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of their personal information.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), expanded by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents enforceable rights over the personal information businesses collect about them — including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of that data.

    Your CCPA / CPRA rights

Right to Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, the sources, the business purpose, and the third parties we share with. Right to Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions). Right to Correct inaccurate personal information. Right to Opt Out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Right to Limit use of sensitive personal information. Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising any of the above.

    How to submit a request

Use our Do Not Sell My Info page or our CCPA Rights page to submit a verifiable consumer request. We respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests) and verify your identity before fulfilling.

    Lead generation specifics

Sharing your inquiry with lender partners may constitute a 'sale' or 'sharing' under CPRA. Opting out limits which lenders we can route your application to — you'll still see comparison results, but the universe of offers may shrink.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I have CCPA rights if I don't live in California?

CCPA / CPRA applies to California residents specifically. Other states have analogous laws (Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA) with similar but not identical rights.
